Booth Application Terms and Clarification Text

• Applications are limited by quota. The deadline for booth application is 20.06.2026.

• Booth fees start from 20,000 TL. Fees will be paid to Göreme Municipality cash desks.

• Businesses whose booth applications are approved will have their applications cancelled if they fail to pay the fees.

• Booths will be of standard size 3m x 3m (9m²).

• Booth owners shall not exceed the designated area.

• Booth owners cannot sell products outside the specified field of activity.

• Sale of alcohol in the festival area is strictly prohibited.

• The festival committee reserves the right to change booth locations until the day of festival due to weather conditions, infrastructure issues, etc.

• Booth owners must maintain the cleanliness of their allocated spaces.

• Practices that may cause noise and visual pollution during the festival are prohibited.

• Booths requiring extra technical support must notify the Municipality in advance.

• All legal, financial and operational liabilities regarding products, services or activities offered in the festival area belong to the booth owners.

• Göreme Municipality is not a party to any disputes or damages arising from sales, transactions or commercial activities at the booths, and is solely responsible for organizing the festival area and providing logistics.

• Booth owners are obliged to abide by the general rules established by the festival management. Potential losses, damages, legal proceedings or disputes during the festival are the participants' own responsibility.

• Göreme Municipality reserves the right to modify or cancel the event or rearrange specific booth areas due to natural disasters, security risks or unforeseen circumstances.
